Is your school on Manitoulin Island?

Your photo clues were extremely helpful.  We researched that the artist of the painting was from Manitoulin Island and when we saw the photo of the island, we made the connection!  Our teacher, Ian, couldn't hold back the smile, so we are pretty confident that is where you are located.  

From our perspective, it will be more exciting for us to learn about Manitoulin Island than it will for you to research where we are, but maybe we've lived here too long and we're just bored with our hometown?
